• Provide remote technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and security, responding to alerts and issues as they arise.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and user guides.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on IT infrastructure and best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
