The Midtown Group in Colorado Springs is seeking Help Desk Technicians to join our Enterprise Service Desk. You will be the first point of contact diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for researchers, engineers, and staff in a secure enterprise environment.
We offer 5 to 6 weeks of hands-on training with a SME before taking the queue independently, a true contract-to-hire pathway, and a generous hybrid schedule with three days remote to build your IT support career.
