UI​/UX Chatbot Lead

** About the Job you are considering:
** We are seeking a highly skilled
** UI/UX Chatbot Lead
** who can lead the design and optimization of AI powered chatbot and conversational experiences across digital platforms ensuring intuitive user centric and engaging interactions
** Hybrid working:
** The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
** Your Role:
*** Define chatbot UX strategy conversation flows and interaction design
* Design wireframes prototypes user journeys and conversational experiences
* Collaborate with Product Business AIML and Engineering teams to deliver chatbot solutions
* Conduct user research usability testing and analyze chatbot performance metrics
* Establish UX standards accessibility compliance and conversational design best practices
* Drive continuous improvement through user feedback and analytics
* Mentor UX and conversational design team members.
** Your

Skills:

*** 8-12 years overall experience including 3 years leading Chatbot Conversational AI UX initiatives'
* Strong experience in UIUX and Conversational Design
* Experience designing chatbots virtual assistants or AI powered digital experiences
* Expertise in Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar design tools
* Understanding of NLP concepts intents entities and chatbot frameworks
* Experience with customer journey mapping usability testing and interaction design
* Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio Dialog flow Azure Bot Services or equivalent platforms
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in UX HCI Design Computer Science or related field
* Experience with Generative AI LLM powered applications and enterprise chatbot implementations
* Experience with in Banking Financial Services or large scale digital transformation programs
