User Experience Researcher

• Lead and advocate for user-centered mixed research methodologies across cross-functional teams.

• Manage research operations including participant recruitment, scheduling, and incentives.

• At least 2 years of experience conducting research within a product or application team.
• Proficiency in a range of research methods such as interviews, ethnography, and usability testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of metrics for qualitative data analysis using tools like Excel or Lucidchart.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Data Science, or related field.
