Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a federal customer in a fully remote capacity. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a multi-year effort to modernize large-scale, mission‑critical systems that support essential government operations.

You will work alongside a high-performing, collaborative team focused on delivering smart, innovative technology solutions that solve real problems and drive meaningful outcomes. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to impactful, enterprise-level initiatives. You hold an active Secret Security Clearance and are ready to contribute from day one.

• Deliver projects and products using appropriate agile project management methodology, learning &iterating frequently.
• Workwith the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translating this into user stories.
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
• Matrix‑managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensureall products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production).
• Actively and openly share knowledge of best practices.

• Migrate all current-system functionality from the mainframes and operate within a cloud-based environment (AWS Gov Cloud)
• Incorporate modern name search capabilities.
• Expand image handling to accept larger files and support additional file formats, such as PDF.
• Transition investigative search to Elasticsearch, providing a faster response and report creation time for law enforcement.
• Build new services to follow a microservices architecture and run within containers using the Open Shift platform
• Transition database functionality from IBM DB2 to the appropriate cloud data store.
• Update NIEM schemas and IEPDs to allow agencies to use updated functionality and speed up the dot‑delimited message format retirement.
