This position is ideal for professionals with over five years of experience in IT Operations, Microsoft systems administration, and infrastructure support. You will take part in service operations and modernization projects, ensuring compliance with ITSM processes and SLA targets. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are a must to support operational standardization and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in cloud modernization and service operations initiatives
• Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated IT issues
• Develop technical documentation and operational procedures
• Administer SaaS and cloud-based applications
• Optimize monitoring and observability platforms
Requirements:
• College degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years in Microsoft systems administration
• Relevant certifications like Microsoft AZ-104
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication;
French is a plus
