Job Title: Teamcenter Requirements Management Consultant

Location: Remote

Project Duration: 2-3months

The Consultant will be responsible for defining, configuring, and implementing Siemens Teamcenter Requirements Management to support the client's product lifecycle management CAMEO Integration and digital transformation initiatives. The consultant works with business stakeholders, systems engineers, and PLM teams to establish requirements processes; configure requirement specifications, structures, attributes, statuses, workflows, and access controls; and enable traceability between requirements, product structures, design data, verification evidence, changes, and configurations within Teamcenter.

Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, solution and data-model design, import and migration planning, workflow and template configuration, testing, training, deployment support, and alignment with engineering and regulatory requirements.

• Systems Engineering and MBSE process alignment
• Change and Configuration Management
• Requirements verification, validation, and compliance reporting
• Stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, testing, and user training
• Teamcenter deployment, security, and lifecycle best practices

• Teamcenter Requirements Management solution design and configuration specification
• Requirements data model, attributes, templates, and specification structures
• Workflow, review, approval, release, and access-control configuration
• End-to-end traceability model and traceability matrix
• Requirements import or migration strategy, mapping, and validation plan
• Test scripts, acceptance criteria, and deployment readiness materials
• User training, administrator documentation, and adoption materials
• Solution architecture, deployment, and support recommendations
