Serve as the technical lead responsible for the end-to-end delivery, administration, and optimization of Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms within highly secure environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and support IT transformation initiatives spanning multiple Microsoft 365 tenants and cloud ecosystems. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project architectures, technical requirements, and implementation roadmaps while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and cloud projects from planning through implementation.
• Providing technical oversight and ensuring the quality, completeness, and accuracy of project deliverables produced by team members.
• Partnering with technical leads to create and maintain project documentation, architectural designs, implementation plans, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Working closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project schedules, resource requirements, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinating activities across internal and external work streams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless integrations.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates on task completion, risks, issues, and overall status.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by managing communications, expectations, escalations, and executive-level reporting.
• Driving best practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement across cloud and collaboration technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience, including large-scale enterprise infrastructure programs.
• Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher) is required.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Azure Active Directory (Entra )
  • Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
• Strong experience working within secure Federal, State, or Government-regulated environments.
• Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure, tenant migrations, identity management, messaging systems, and collaboration platforms.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, global technology deployment and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability in managing technical teams, prioritizing workloads, identifying risks, and driving successful project outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Previous people-management or team-lead experience is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to engage clients and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing competing priorities.
