Azure DevOps Site Reliability Engineer

As an Azure Dev Ops Site Reliability Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for enabling reliable software delivery, improving platform reliability, automating operational processes, and supporting mission‑critical transportation and logistics applications. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and operations teams to deliver resilient, secure, and highly available technology solutions.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops to support enterprise application delivery.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, and governance services.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and operational activities using Power Shell and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Monitor application performance, deployment health, and platform reliability through observability and monitoring tools.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments and IIS web applications.
• Manage SQL Server environments, including performance optimization, backup and recovery, and operational support.
• Support and maintain SSIS ETL processes, data integration workflows, and scheduled jobs.
• Administer IBM MQ environments, including queue management, messaging services, and troubleshooting activities.
• Integrate security controls, compliance validations, and quality checks throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain reusable infrastructure templates and operational standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident response activities related to deployments, infrastructure, and application services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve automation, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• 6+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure services including virtual machines, networking, storage, security, and monitoring.
• Experience automating infrastructure and operational processes using Power Shell.
• Strong understanding of Azure security, governance, and cloud best practices.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and IIS environments in enterprise settings.
• Proven SQL Server administration experience, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting SSIS and enterprise data integration processes.
• Knowledge of IBM MQ administration and messaging infrastructure support.
• Experience with Sonar Qube or similar code quality and security scanning platforms.
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, automation, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
