AI​/ML Engineer - NLP Specialist

Our client is seeking a specialized AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join their fully remote, high-performing team. You will be instrumental in developing and deploying sophisticated NLP models that enable machines to understand, interpret, and generate human language. • Design, develop, and implement NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, machine translation, and question answering.
• Utilize deep learning frameworks to build and fine-tune state-of-the-  language models (e.g., Transformers, BERT).
• Process and analyze large volumes of text data, ensuring data quality and relevance for model training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into product features and applications.
• Evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve NLP systems.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in NLP and related AI fields.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with extensive experience using NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch) for NLP tasks.
• Experience with data preprocessing techniques for text data and handling large corpora.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
