So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days.

We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.

In six years, Lendable has built a profitable, market-leading credit card in the UK. In 2023, we brought that playbook to the US and set an even higher bar. This year the US credit card business scaled rapidly: our run rate grew more than 20x in the last six months.

A lot of the work of getting customers through the door is in place. The next stage is about what happens once they’re in: helping them pay on time, giving more credit to the ones who earn it, getting people back on track when they fall behind, and ensuring an intuitive user experience across channels.

We're hiring a Product Manager to join the product team, and will cover post booking areas including payments, collections, credit limit increases, spend, and the mobile app.

No two weeks look the same. One week you might be sizing an opportunity, the next week sitting with the ops team to understand why customers are calling, or putting a rough version of an idea in front of real customers before anyone builds the proper one. We care more about how quickly we learn than how polished the first attempt looks.

• Running experiments across the customer lifecycle, such as how and when we remind people to pay, what gets them to set up autopay, and how we gamify engagement

• Working with credit risk and data science on how to apply models to new use cases and opportunities

• Finding cheap, fast ways to test an idea (a manual process, an email, a script) with AI before committing engineering time to it

• Gathering customer research to get truthful and unbiased reads

• Building tools and automations with AI that save time for you, the ops team and the wider business

• Doing whatever it takes to get something live, including the unglamorous parts like unblocking developers, socializing with legal and compliance, or writing the guide for the ops team

• 1-4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations, with some time spent working closely to product or execution teams to deliver value
