Healthcare Sr. Analyst - Workforce Analytics; Remote

Our team partners with HR, Finance, Technology, and executive leadership to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights that support strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

• Work remotely while supporting a high-impact workforce analytics function across a large organization
• Influence executive decision-making by presenting insights directly to senior and C-level leaders
• Lead advanced analytics projects involving forecasting, statistical modeling, and workforce planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Technology, and business operations

• Own workforce analyses end to end, from the first conversation through scoping, investigation, validation, and final recommendations
• Analyze headcount, turnover, retention, attrition, and employee trends to answer real business questions
• Support workforce planning and forecasting across the health system
• Partner directly with HRBPs, HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders, including asking the right questions and challenging assumptions when needed
• Build dashboards and reporting in Power BI or Tableau that support decisions, not just display data
• Translate complex findings into a clear story and actionable recommendations for leadership

• 5 plus years of analytics experience, with direct experience analyzing workforce or people data (headcount, turnover, retention, attrition, workforce planning)
• Strong hands-on SQL and Excel
• Hands-on dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau
• HCM reporting experience with Oracle HCM or Workday
• Healthcare or health system experience
• Statistical analysis and data validation skills
• Comfort working in ambiguity and working through complex problems independently
• Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical leaders and influence decisions

• Your background is mainly HRIS administration, system implementation, or ETL/data engineering
• Your work has mostly been building dashboards to spec, without owning the analysis or partnering with the business
• You’re currently in a people leader role and haven't done hands-on analysis in a while
