Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a proactive IT Help Desk Technician to join our Topeka, KS team on a 12-month W2 contract with potential extension based on performance.
The role provides remote and on-site support across Windows, Microsoft 365, Citrix, and enterprise apps within a Service Now environment. Core hours are 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, with eight-hour shifts and after-hours on-call rotation.
