*** This is a hybrid/remote position. The candidate will only need to come onsite a couple times a year. preference will be given to applicants residing in North Carolina.

Sample Role Types: Healthcare Systems Analyst, EHR Optimization Specialist, Health IT Analyst
Expected Skills: Able to work successfully with guidance; cannot provide leadership to others; able to manage simple to medium complexity work efforts.
Healthcare IT & EHR Operations – 5+ years supporting healthcare systems, analytics, technical support, and EHR workflows.
- Required 5 Years
SQL & Reporting – Advanced SQL, relational databases, BI dashboards, and data analysis for healthcare reporting.
- Required 3 Years
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering – Requirements documentation, process analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design.
- Required 3 Years
Healthcare Data Standards & Compliance – Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Required 3 Years
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration – Translate technical concepts, manage priorities, and work effectively with teams and vendors.
