Entry-Level IT Support Apprentice

Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join as Entry-Level IT Support Apprentices in a fully remote capacity. • Provide remote technical assistance to users experiencing hardware, software, or network problems.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
