Senior UX Researcher

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior UX Researcher to join their product development team. This is a critical, fully remote role focused on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations to inform product design and strategy. You will lead user research initiatives, employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to uncover actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a deep thinker, an excellent communicator, and passionate about advocating for the user in all aspects of product development, ensuring our digital offerings are intuitive, effective, and user-centric.

• Design and conduct comprehensive user research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and contextual inquiries.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points, needs, and behaviors.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product teams.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into the product development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to inform product strategy.

• Master's or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX research or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency with research tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
