Senior Network Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain robust network automation frameworks and tools using Python, Ansible, and other relevant scripting languages.
• Automate network provisioning, configuration, testing, and deployment processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and integrate network infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and orchestration platforms.
• Collaborate with network operations and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions for automated network processes and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, tools, and network configurations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering with a strong focus on network automation and scripting.
• Expert proficiency in Python for network automation and experience with automation tools like Ansible, Salt Stack, or Chef.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, architecture, and concepts (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs).
• Experience with API integrations, network device APIs, and data modeling (e.g., YANG, JSON).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD concepts.
