Helpdesk Administrator

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in Kimberley. This role is essential for managing the daily operations of the helpdesk, ensuring efficient ticket management, and supporting both internal users and external clients. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth communication channels and ensuring that all support requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.

This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site and remote work for individuals in the Kimberley area.

• Oversee the logging, tracking, and prioritization of all helpdesk tickets.
• Ensure timely resolution of user issues and escalat
• Manage helpdesk software and databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Generate regular reports on helpdesk performance and key metrics.
• Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate issue resolution.
• Provide administrative support to the helpdesk team and assist users directly.

• Previous experience as a Helpdesk Administrator or in a similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Kimberley for hybrid work.
