Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their dynamic team in Benoni, Gauteng . • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely support.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, models, and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with data modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions is a plus.
