• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the integration, security, and maintenance of educational technology infrastructure.
• Design and deliver professional development sessions for staff on integrating technology into their teaching methodologies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to educational software and hardware, ensuring minimal disruption to learning activities.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in educational technology and propose innovative solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital learning strategies aligned with institutional goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational technology support or integration role.
• Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and various educational software applications.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and how technology can enhance learning outcomes.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users of varying technical abilities.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, network protocols, and cybersecurity best practices in an educational setting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
