• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support drug discovery, clinical trial optimization, and market analysis.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of new strategies or interventions.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with bioinformaticians, statisticians, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Scientist, with a significant focus on pharmaceutical or healthcare data.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and expertise in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, Num Py).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and data mining principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database querying languages (e.g., SQL).
