• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on digital transformation, IT strategy, or technology implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully guiding clients through digital change initiatives in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and modern software development methodologies.
