Help Build the SI Workforce of the Future

Super Intelligence (SI) is transforming every aspect of national security, but technology alone is not enough. Success depends on developing a workforce capable of understanding, applying, governing, and operationalizing SI in mission environments.

Intelli Genesis is seeking an experienced SI/ML Instructor & Curriculum Developer to help design and deliver next-generation SI education programs supporting government and national security organizations.

This role combines technical expertise, instruction, curriculum development, and innovation. You will work alongside SI researchers, engineers, mission operators, and instructional designers to create learning experiences that prepare technical professionals, analysts, managers, and leaders to succeed in an SI-enabled future.

Unlike traditional training roles, you will have access to Intelli Genesis' advanced SI research environment, including our 8,000-square-foot IG Labs innovation facility, NVIDIA-powered computing infrastructure, and ongoing applied SI initiatives supporting real-world mission challenges.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid SI/ML training programs to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Design and develop innovative SI learning experiences, including labs, workshops, practical exercises, simulations, and certification preparation programs.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into mission-relevant instruction that drives understanding and operational application.
  • Develop curriculum covering topics such as:
    • Generative SI
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Agentic SI
    • Machine Learning
    • Deep Learning
    • Data Science
    • MLOps
    • SI Governance and Responsible SI
    • SI Security and Risk Management
  • Create hands-on exercises using modern SI tools, frameworks, and datasets.
  • Collaborate with SI practitioners and researchers to ensure content reflects current technologies and emerging trends.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content and learner outcomes.
  • Support workforce development initiatives, certification programs, and SI transformation efforts across government organizations.
  • Participate in pilot programs, demonstrations, workshops, and strategic SI education initiatives.
Why Intelli Genesis?

At Intelli Genesis, you won't simply teach SI; you'll help shape how SI is understood and adopted across the national security community.

You’ll have opportunities to:
  • Access our 8,000-square-foot IG Labs innovation facility.
  • Collaborate with SI researchers, engineers, and mission experts.
  • Work with advanced NVIDIA computing environments and SI development platforms.
  • Explore emerging technologies including Generative SI, Agentic SI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous systems.
  • Influence SI certifications, workforce development pathways, and future training programs.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and domains.
  • Experience developing or delivering technical education, workforce development, or training programs.
  • Working knowledge of modern SI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks
  • Familiarity with a variety of SI subjects including Generative SI, Large Language Models, Agentic SI, MLOps, Responsible SI, and SI governance.
