- Comp Sci, Inf. Syst. or rltd tech fld of study. Exp: 5yrs in pos above, as Software Developer or rltd software dev role. Will accept foreign equiv; will accept grad degree in above flds of study & 3yrs exp; will also accept any fully equiv combo of edu, trng &/or exp.

Duties:Perform requirement analysis, design, configuration, management and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud-based applications. Support software development of interfaces with Fusion HCM and other systems. Analyze and solve software issues within ADP, Oracle EBS, Goal & Performance, Absence Management, Compensation, Core HR and other modules as necessary. Partner with the IT department to handle various HRIS management efforts and corresponding initiatives focused on enhancements to company systems.

Handle fast formulas and flex fields, HDL/mass updates, OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, workflow approvals and set ups for HSL Oracle Fusion HCM. Perform user interface changes and modifications. Ensure proactive collaboration and integration across all stakeholders, including Oracle, IT, HR leaders, and HR user community. Review data input and output reporting for accuracy. Research, analyze, interpret and troubleshoot data and reports.

Location: 789 N. Dixboro Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Remote position, work can be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor* – Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field of study.

Experience:

Five* (5) years in the position above, as a Software Developer, or in a related software development role;

Experience must include:

• 1.Cloud HCM Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time and Labor).
• 2.Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization.
• 3.Fusion technologies including HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports & Design Studio.
• 4.Oracle E-Business suite (EBS).
• 5.Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

fields of study and three (3) years of work experience; will also accept any fully equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
