Lead the charge in AIOps strategy with a senior management role focused on driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives. Join our team and leverage your experience in IT operations and leadership in this fully remote, six-month consulting position.
We’re seeking an AIOps Senior Project/Program Manager with over 10 years' experience in enterprise technology programs. This role emphasizes portfolio management, business value realization, and cross-functional collaboration across Service Now, Observability, and more. You will guide committees and drive the adoption of AI and automation across IT operations, showcasing your leadership and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee intake and prioritization of AI use cases
• Facilitate governance and executive reporting processes
• Develop business cases and ROI for technology improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional program delivery
• Manage the master AIOps portfolio roadmap effectively
Requirements:
• 10+ years in program management leadership
