IT QA Tester / Automation, IT Project Manager
- Own and coordinate testing across the broader AML modernization effort
- Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, conditions, and documentation
- Coordinate SIT and UAT activities across multiple teams
- Ensure requirements are adequately covered through testing
- Track defects and coordinate fixes and retesting
- Use SQL and data analysis to validate that information is flowing correctly
- Maintain clear testing evidence and documentation
- Coordinate dependencies between BSA/AML, Actimize, technology, and integration teams
- 5-10 years experience as a Test Manager with BSA/AML experience and a data background
- Experience coordinating SIT and UAT
- Test planning and test scenario development
- Requirements-to-test traceability
- Defect tracking, coordination, retesting, and resolution
- Strong testing documentation and evidence management
- Basic SQL capabilities
- Understanding of data validation and data quality
- Ability to coordinate across business and technical teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Actimize experience - Banking or financial services experience
- Experience with regulatory or audit-sensitive technology programs
- Experience testing data integrations or migrations
