The Pro Active Technology Group is seeking a technically skilled Field Technician based primarily at our Greenvale, NY office, with roughly half of duties at client sites across Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island.
You will provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 support, troubleshoot end-user issues, assist with deployments and infrastructure changes, and maintain strong documentation and communication with clients.
