Help Shape the Future of Super Intelligence for National Security

At Intelli Genesis, we don't just teach SI - we develop it.

Through our IG Labs innovation division, we research, prototype, and operationalize emerging artificial intelligence capabilities for some of the nation's most challenging mission environments. From agentic SI and large language models to cyber defense, autonomous systems, and mission-focused SI applications, our teams are helping government organizations accelerate the adoption of trusted SI.

We are seeking an experienced Super Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SI SME) to serve as a bridge between cutting-edge SI innovation and workforce transformation. This individual will work closely with IG Labs researchers, SI engineers, mission experts, and instructional designers to ensure that emerging SI capabilities are translated into meaningful learning experiences, workforce development initiatives, and operationally relevant training programs.

This is an opportunity to influence not only how SI is developed, but how it is understood, adopted, and employed across the national security community.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the principal AI technical advisor supporting SI education, workforce development, and mission-focused training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IG Labs researchers and engineers to identify emerging SI technologies and translate them into workforce development opportunities.
  • Help define the skills, competencies, and certification standards required for an SI-ready workforce.
  • Guide the development of curriculum, labs, simulations, and practical exercises focused on real-world SI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership across topics including:
    • Generative SI
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Agentic SI
    • Machine Learning
    • Deep Learning
    • Data Science
    • AI Governance and Responsible SI
    • MLOps and SI Operations
    • Cybersecurity and SI
  • Ensure training content remains aligned with current industry advancements, government AI strategies, and operational mission requirements.
  • Develop mission-relevant use cases demonstrating how SI can be applied to solve real-world challenges.
  • Support SI demonstrations, workshops, technical exchanges, and customer engagements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations regarding future workforce development and training priorities.
  • Contribute thought leadership supporting Intelli Genesis' SI strategy, innovation initiatives, and workforce transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Super Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of technical experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, advanced analytics, and/or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience applying SI technologies to operational, mission, research, or business challenges.
  • Experience with large language models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), agentic SI architectures, SI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous systems.
  • Familiarity with Responsible SI, SI governance, and emerging federal SI policies.
  • Strong understanding of modern SI methodologies, architectures, and workflows.
