• Provide remote technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure equipment.

• Guide and assist on-site technicians or client personnel through installation, repair, and testing procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Analyze system performance data and identify potential issues or areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve escalated technical challenges.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of support activities, resolutions, and customer feedback.

• Manage and utilize remote diagnostic and management platforms effectively.
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent remote support needs as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise with networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in using remote access, diagnostic, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to complex issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information remotely.
• Self-disciplined, highly organized, and capable of managing workload effectively in a remote setting.
