Information Security Specialist

• Implement and manage security controls and technologies to protect company assets.

• Respond to and investigate security incidents, developing and executing remediation plans.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of information security policies and procedures.
• Provide security awareness training to employees.

• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of security solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in information security or a related IT role.
• Familiarity with security principles, network protocols, and common vulnerabilities.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
• Understanding of cloud security concepts is a plus.
