Technical Support Engineer

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and systems.
• Diagnose, document, and resolve complex technical issues reported by clients.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to identify product bugs and suggest improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Participate in product testing and provide feedback on new features and releases.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients on technical aspects of the software.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote team environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, software support, or a similar engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity is essential for this remote position.
