• Provide remote technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Learn and implement IT security best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades or new software rollouts.
• Contribute to the maintenance of IT asset inventory.
