Remote Project Manager - Enterprise Software Implementation

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise software implementation projects for remote clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and coordinate virtual project teams, including developers, consultants, and support staff.
• Facilitate remote client meetings, status updates, and progress reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of the software.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during the transition and training phases.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote project management processes and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with software implementation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing remote projects and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Experience with CRM or ERP software implementation is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
