Remote Automotive Data Scientist

• Collect, clean, and process large and complex automotive datasets from various sources (e.g., vehicle sensors, telematics, user interactions).
• Develop, implement, and validate predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to vehicle performance, driver behavior, and system reliability.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of new features or algorithms.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science problems.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and automotive technology.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Build and deploy machine learning models into production environments.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on automotive or related industries.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant data science libraries (e.g., pandas, Num Py, scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with SQL and database management.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
• Excellent data visualization and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
