• Administering and maintaining the company's PBX, VoIP, and other telecommunications systems.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive solutions.
• Managing user accounts, extensions, and call routing configurations.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to telecommunications equipment.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of the telecommunications network.
• Implementing system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
• Providing technical support and training to end-users on telecommunication system features.
• Collaborating with IT and network teams to ensure seamless integration of communication systems.
• Responding to emergency incidents and performing necessary system repairs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecommunications systems administration.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager, Avaya).
• Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323) and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with unified communications platforms and applications.
• Familiarity with network security best practices for telecommunications systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
