• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT-related goods and services in a remote setting.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and potential suppliers for IT solutions.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to achieve cost-effective agreements.
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships virtually, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments through virtual channels to understand their procurement needs.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and vendor information within the company's systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the remote procurement function.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies for IT assets.
• Regularly report on procurement activities, savings achieved, and vendor performance metrics.

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on IT procurement.
• Proven ability to manage procurement processes remotely and effectively utilize virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
• Experience in negotiating with IT vendors and understanding software licensing agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud services is an advantage.
• Must be fluent in English.
