Remote Senior Manufacturing Systems Analyst

Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Manufacturing Systems Analyst to join their remote operations team. This is a fully remote, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in optimizing and integrating the company's manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and other critical software platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, data integrity, and overall operational effectiveness across various production sites.

• Analyze complex manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for system optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement improvements to MES, ERP, and other manufacturing-related software systems.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing systems, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for new system functionalities and processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in manufacturing systems technology and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement data validation strategies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of manufacturing information.
• Manage small to medium-sized system enhancement projects from conception through to implementation.
• Contribute to strategic planning for future manufacturing system upgrades and implementations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in analyzing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing systems, with a strong emphasis on MES and ERP integration.
• Proven experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, Rockwell Factory Talk) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and potentially BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards (e.g., ISA-95) is highly desirable.
• Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet access.
