Remote Senior Project Manager - Agile Software Development

• Lead and manage multiple Agile software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Effectively communicate project status, key metrics, risks, and issues to all levels of the organization.
• Manage project budgets, track resource allocation, and ensure efficient utilization of team capacity.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and support.
• Drive the adoption and refinement of Agile best practices within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software project management, with at least 4 years focused on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience managing complex software development projects, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various technology stacks.
• Excellent proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to effectively manage distributed teams and foster strong remote working relationships.
• Experience with performance metrics and reporting for software projects.
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PMP-ACP) are highly desirable.
