• Install, configure, and maintain blockchain nodes and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage and secure private keys and cryptographic assets.
• Implement and oversee network security measures to protect against threats.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for blockchain networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and node-related issues in a timely manner.
• Execute network upgrades and hard forks as required.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with development teams on network architecture and deployment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security policies and industry best practices.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration or systems administration, with a focus on blockchain technologies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including consensus mechanisms, transaction validation, and node operation.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
