Senior AI Ethics and Policy Analyst

• Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies, principles, and best practices.
• Conduct thorough ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI projects and products.
• Monitor and analyze emerging AI regulations, legal frameworks, and industry standards globally.
• Advise internal teams, including engineering and product development, on ethical considerations and compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and public policy teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare reports, policy briefs, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Engage with external experts, academic institutions, and industry forums on AI ethics topics.
• Champion responsible AI practices throughout the organization via training and advocacy.

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, Sociology, Computer Science (with an AI ethics focus), or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in policy analysis, ethics, or a related field, with a strong focus on technology, AI, or data governance.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
• Demonstrated expertise in ethical frameworks, societal impacts of technology, and regulatory analysis.
• Excellent research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and ethical concepts into clear policy recommendations.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in synthesizing information from diverse sources and articulating persuasive arguments.
