This role is primarily office-based to foster close collaboration and hands-on learning within the team, with occasional flexibility for project-specific remote work.

You will learn to use advanced analytical tools and techniques under the guidance of experienced data professionals.

• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets.
• Perform data analysis using statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends and insights.
• Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of data models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA
