Lead Agile Project Manager - Remote

• Lead and mentor multiple agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of agile practices and principles across the organization.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for software development projects, from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and impediments, proactively implementing solutions.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning within the remote teams.
• Ensure high-quality standards are met and that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Track project progress, generate relevant reports, and communicate status updates effectively to all stakeholders.
• Champion agile transformation and best practices across the company, promoting an agile mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on leading agile software development teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-team agile projects in a remote-first setting.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate remote teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Dev Ops principles.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar agile certification is required.
• Experience in product management or working closely with product managers is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective decision-making in a remote environment.
