To lead Agile delivery teams by facilitating the Scrum process, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master ensures that Agile principles and values are upheld, enabling teams to deliver value-driven, high-quality solutions to customers efficiently and sustainably

The salary range for this position is between C $ 125,000 to C $ 135,000.

• Agile Facilitation &
  
  Coaching:
  
  Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, helping them to become self-organized and cross-functional. Drive continuous improvement within Agile teams, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Delivery & Stakeholder Management:
  Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel or resources to resolve issues. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Facilitate decision-making processes, helping teams to make informed decisions that support project delivery and business objectives. Act as a liaison between development teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
