Scrum Master; Salesforce

Star Tekk’s adoption of Digital Transformation is to accelerate organizational growth, increase efficiencies and help Star Workforce achieve focused business goals. The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsible for leading Agile teams in Salesforce implementation projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, managing sprint progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project goals. Requires strong Salesforce delivery experience, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and stakeholder-management skills.

7+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, preferably with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployments.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus.

Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce Dev Ops tools.

Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.

Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
