Niyam is seeking an experienced Senior Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist to support one of our federal clients. The Senior Data Visualization and Analytics Specialist transforms complex datasets into intuitive, interactive, and visually compelling analytical products that support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for managing the development of analytical products from data collection, cleaning, and preparation through dashboard development, reporting, and visual storytelling using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Working closely with NGA PEO-GG leadership and technical teams, the specialist identifies business needs, defines key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzes trends and patterns, and translates complex statistical information into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with expertise in data visualization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to support organizational objectives.

This position will work onsite at client location in Springfield, VA.
