Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Project Manager for a long-term project. This role is critical to a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA modernization program. The ideal candidate will lead Vistex initiatives, ensuring they align with the broader program goals, and possess the domain knowledge to guide stakeholders and drive the project to completion. This is an urgent, high-priority role requiring a commitment for the 2-3 year duration of the S/4

HANA runway.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of Vistex initiatives, including upgrades and migrations from ECC to S/4

HANA.
* Manage and coordinate activities across Vistex Recharge, chargebacks, rebates, and customer and supplier incentives.
* Develop and maintain an integrated project plan, manage scope and schedule, and report on status to leadership.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Vistex, engaging with business and technical stakeholders to challenge assumptions and drive decisions.
* Ensure Vistex plans and milestones are aligned with the overall SAP S/4

HANA modernization roadmap.
* Partner with business leaders, SAP functional teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure alignment and accountability.
* Proactively identify and manage cross-workstream risks, dependencies, testing, and cutover activities.
* Support cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and the transition to ongoing operations.

Required Qualifications
* 10-12+ years of project or program management experience with a significant focus on SAP delivery.
* Recent, hands-on leadership of at least one end-to-end Vistex implementation, upgrade, or major transformation.
* Demonstrated experience with Vistex modules such as rebates, chargebacks, pricing, incentive administration, or Recharge.
* Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4

HANA, including Order-to-Cash and Finance integration points.
* Proven ability to own project delivery, challenge stakeholders, and manage communications in a business-led program.
* Experience managing integrated planning, RAID, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
* Ability to operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and maintain a strong bias toward execution.
* Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or distribution industries.
* Experience supporting a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA transformation on SAP on RISE.
* Direct experience working with Vistex or a recognized Vistex implementation partner.
* PMP, Agile, Scrum, or a comparable professional certification.
