Senior IAM Analyst

DescriptionHandle day to day tickets, and serve as escalation expert for tickets from IAM and technical partner teamsProvide end user supportWrite customer facing documentation and job aidsPerform integration testing for new features and version upgradesFacilitate role based analysis for customersLead and participate in IAM integration projectsParticipate in enterprise initiatives and work groups representing IAM programProvide coordination and leadership for technical partner teamsAdvise on or write IAM-related policies and standardsProvide coverage when team members are on PTO or otherwise not available Lead and participate in data Integrity cleanup including duplicate names, missing approvers and so onFacilitate RBAC analysis for Epic project prioritizing nurses and credentialed providersParticipate in an identity IQ/Epic integration projectWrite new identityIQ reports including transition from I am tools into IdentityIQReview and enhance end user documentation

Additional

Skills & Qualifications 3-4+ years within IAM role, preferred sr or lead Bachelors a plus

Experience with provisioning and identity management including SailPoint IdentityIQExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to set personal priorities and goals independently

Strong independent analysis and problem solving ability, and ability to rapidly learn and understand new technologies and applications

Basic project management understanding

Strong enterprise IT knowledge including major applications, use of ticketing systems, basis of change management and so on Familiarity with ERP systems such as People Soft Knowledge  of Active Directory Healthcare industry knowledge a plus

Experience with Epic healthcare a plus Programming and web development skills a plus

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $64.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
