We are seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Service Now AI Architect to lead our client's enterprise AI vision within the Service Now ecosystem. This individual will serve as the organization's primary Service Now AI Architect who will be driving AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, AI Agents, Workflow Intelligence, and emerging Service Now AI technologies.
This role combines deep architectural expertise with executive-level stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Service Now leadership, platform owners, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and technology executives to define and execute a multi-year AI roadmap that drives automation, productivity, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
The Service Now AI Architect will be responsible for designing scalable AI solutions, governance frameworks, implementation strategies, and adoption plans while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, risk management standards, and Service Now best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and own the enterprise Service Now AI vision and roadmap.
Partner with executive leadership and Service Now stakeholders to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
Drive strategic planning for current and future Service Now AI capabilities.
Establish a multi-year roadmap for adoption of.
Now Assist (THIS WILL BE THE MAIN FOCUS TO START with ITSM)
AI Agents Predictive Intelligence Virtual Agent Workflow Intelligence Document Intelligence Generative AI capabilities
Emerging Service Now AI products and releases
Evaluate new Service Now AI offerings and make recommendations regarding business value, implementation approach, and investment priorities.

Experience creating technology roadmaps and presenting to executive leadership teams.
Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $120.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
