Remote Lead Consultant - Digital Strategy & Innovation

You will guide clients in developing and implementing forward-thinking digital strategies, fostering innovation, and enhancing their digital capabilities. This remote-first role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with a global team and serving clients worldwide.

Your expertise will be instrumental in helping organizations navigate the complexities of the digital age and achieve sustainable competitive advantage, including those with operations or interests in the Stellenbosch, Western Cape, ZA region.

• Lead the development and execution of digital strategy and innovation roadmaps for clients.
• Assess clients' digital maturity and identify opportunities for transformation and innovation.
• Advise senior leadership on emerging digital technologies and their strategic implications.
• Facilitate virtual workshops to co-create digital solutions and foster innovation culture.
• Manage project teams and client engagements in a remote setting, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for digital transformation projects.
• Guide clients through the adoption of new digital platforms and methodologies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's digital practice thought leadership.

• Master's degree in Business, Technology Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital strategy, innovation consulting, or technology leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital transformation projects and innovation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of digital trends (e.g., AI, IoT, Cloud, Data Analytics, Blockchain).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and manage complex projects autonomously.
• Experience serving clients remotely in or around Stellenbosch is beneficial for understanding local context.
