• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., website analytics, CRM, sales data, marketing platforms).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key e-commerce performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.
• Utilize statistical modeling and data mining techniques to forecast trends and predict future outcomes.
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure data accuracy and implement improvements to data collection processes.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a specific focus on e-commerce or online retail.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
